CONCRETE REPAIR FOR BRIDGE INFRASTRUCTURE
Spalling concrete and exposed rebar flagged on Coogee bridge. Crew broke back degraded material and repaired with specified structural mortar, and roll-applied a elastomeric acrylic system to seal against chloride ingress.
PROTECTIVE COATING SYSTEM FOR FREMANTLE PORT AUTHORITY
Deterioration on stringer steel work exposed to C5 environment. Crew setup containment, abrasive blasted steel to P3 grade, and applied a 3-coat high build epoxy coating system to project specification.
REMEDIATION OF STRUCTURAL PIERS
Structural audit identified 7 concrete piers with significant cracking prior to site handover. Scope included surface preperation and crack injection before installing carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminate to design requirements.
